Our products are custom made at the time of order and represent a significant investment in materials and labor.  We generally do not accept returns but if you have problem with your purchase, please contact us at DirtFrogFurniture@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to keep your shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your products arrive in great condition.

 

Metal Legs always ship UPS Ground Transit while Garden Elements may ship by UPS or USPS depending on size, weight and delivery location.

Shipping cost is based on the item's size, weight and delivery address. 

The map represents UPS estimated transit times once your order is shipped.  UPS does not guarantee transit times.
