How do I install my hose guides, garden stakes or obelisk?

Accepted Answer

Solid Iron Ball Stakes
You may hammer these into the ground if necessary. We recommend a soft mallet or placing a piece of wood between the hammer and ball finial. Otherwise, push the stake into the ground to your desired height. If you have hard ground, you may want to create a pilot hole or soak the ground before installing.

All Other Stakes with Cast Iron Finials
Push the stake into the ground to your desired height. If you have hard ground, you may want to create a pilot hole or soak the ground before installing. 
Never hammer the finial. Cast iron allows us to create the intricate designs but may crack if hammered.

Obelisks
The four legs of the obelisks are solid but flexible enough for you to position them between 8" - 16" or even larger.  Just sink the legs into the ground or container to secure the obelisk in place.

How do I paint my garden elements?

The videos below may help you finish your legs to protect from rust or give them a personalized look.  Clean metal with mineral spirits or paint thinner first for the best paint adherence.  Follow the manufacturer's directions for a great finished product.

How long till my order ships?

Most of our Garden Elements ship within 3 - 5 business days.  Metal legs are made to order and generally ship out in 2 -3 weeks from your order date. For easy tracking, we will notify you when your order ships.

Can I pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can!  We'll work with you on a pick up time.  Use code PICKUP during checkout to save shipping costs.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes.  It depends on our capacity and your specific design.  Please send us an email with a sketch, including dimensions, and we'll let you know if we can help you out.  It may take a few days to receive a custom quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your order if your order is a standard product and you request cancellation before your item ships.  We'll process a refund which may take 1-3 days to show on your credit card statement.

How and where do you ship?  How long will shipping take?

We ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to HI, AK, PR or Internationally. The shipping cost is very high, beyond what customers are willing to pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated during checkout.  You will have an opportunity to see the shipping cost before confirming the order.
 
We strive to keep your shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your products arrive in great condition.
 
Shipping cost is based on the item's size, weight and delivery address. UPS rates include fees for delivering to a residential location, special fees for certain areas of the country and additional handling charges for heavy or "oversize" boxes.
