Do you take custom orders?

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not begun fabrication or purchased unique materials for your order, you can cancel your order by sending us an email. We'll process a refund which may take 1-3 days to show on your credit card statement

Where do you ship?

We ship to the lower 48 states. Large items do not ship to HI, AK, PR or Internationally. The shipping cost is very high, beyond what customers are willing to pay.

What height table legs should I order?

Determine the desired finished height of your table and the thickness of your table top. That will allow you to determine the height legs you need to order. Check out our Pinterest board for more help with table and seating dimensions and guidelines.

How do I attach the legs to the table?

We pre-drill holes in the mounting plate for up to 1/4" screws. You can find appropriately sized wood screws at hardware and big box stores. Consider the thickness of your top when purchasing screws to be sure you don't inadvertently drill through the top. Flip your table top upside down then position and attach your legs. Consider drilling a pilot hole in your wood top to avoid splitting the wood.

How do I install Hose Guides and Garden / Driveway Stakes?

Push the stake into the ground to your desired height. Never hammer the finial. Cast iron allows us to create the intricate designs but may crack if hammered. If you have hard ground, use a 1/2" rod (rebar will work) and a mallet or hammer to create a pilot hole for your stake.

How do I paint my natural steel?

The videos below may help you finish your legs to protect from rust or give them a personalized look. Always clean metal with mineral spirits or paint thinner for the best paint adherence. Follow directions to shake the can and apply light coats for a great finished product. We do not have a relationship with Rustoleum - we just like their products.

How much does shipping cost?

- UPS shipping cost is based on the item's size, weight and delivery address. - UPS rates include fees for delivering to a residential location, special fees for certain areas of the country and additional handling charges for heavy or "oversize" boxes. - These costs are out of our control and increase at least annually. And metal legs are heavy! - We keep our shipping fees to just enough to cover our costs and allow our legs to get to you in excellent condition. Rates as of April 2021 Bench Legs $35 Legs in 1.5" or 2" tubing $60 Legs with a Cross Bar in 1.5" or 2" tubing $85 Chunky Legs in 3" tubing $95 Chunky Legs with a Cross Bar in 3" tubing $145 Short Garden Stakes $15 Tall Garden Stakes $22

Has the price of steel increased and how has that impacted table legs?

The price of North American steel has risen more than 160% since August 2020. Some types of steel have increased even more (3" tubing for example). Prior to 2020, domestic steel prices increased as well. A 25% Tarriff levied against foreign steel in 2018 drove more demand for domestic steel so suppliers increased pricing. We have absorbed the increased costs until mid April 2021. This historial and the more recent dramatic increases in steel costs coupled with rising costs for other goods like boxes and welding supplies due to pandemic driven low supply, has forced us to change our pricing. When costs decline, we will adjust our pricing accordingly. Our strategy has always been to provide a quality product at a fair price to you and to us.
