Paul J. Camire, Owner

I'm owner, Paul J Camire. I have 30+ years of custom fabrication experience and a focus on quality. I believe my work is a reflection of me and the choices I make are important.

My Story...
My Dad was a self employed finish carpenter most of his life. When he left the Army, he got a job at the post office and a secure future most would be thrilled about. However, he, was frustrated. He wasn't being creative. So he left the sure thing to strike out on his own. He'd grab his toolbox, strapped on the back of his three speed bike before he owned a car, and head out to a customers home to build cabinets or install trim. On weekends, he'd take me along. Sometimes I'd help, other times I'd dream about fishing. Always, I had an appreciation for the fine craftsmanship. I respect my father for taking the road less traveled and pursuing his passion.

After wandering the wilds of Alaska and Montana, I returned home to New Hampshire and chose a different path for my creative outlet - metal fabrication. I've spent most of my 30+ year career fabricating custom pieces like spiral stair cases, intricate detail work and copper hoods. Quite a few years back, I created furniture for friends & family, crafting metal bases. Soon others were inquiring. Now I offer my metal legs & brackets so you can make your one of a kind piece.

I've sourced legs for custom table makers, restaurants and homes across the country. They can be seen on tables in galleries and tables in dining rooms.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in the outdoors running, hiking, fishing...experiencing all nature offers.

Quality Choices

As a sole proprietor, my name and reputation are attached to each piece of work. So I make choices for a quality, long lived product.
✔ North American steel exclusively
✔ Continuous & blended welds/no voids for strength
Look closely at competitors. Welds should be on all 4 sides of tubing and intersections blended smoothly. Are there welding voids where moisture can live & rust develop?
✔ Centered mounting bars for better stability & easier for you to attach
✔ Heavy Duty legs are 11 gauge steel with 1/8th wall thickness so when you buy heavy duty legs, they are truly heavy duty
✔ Quality powder coat product, vendor & application. Learn more on our finishes page.
